• Developed a comprehensive Project Charter for a Business Faculty to overhaul a 6000 page web site and related web properties over 36 months; Develop strategies to maximize CMS investment and engage users by improving the user interface and information architecture; related projects included extensive stakeholder consultation usability testing, and graphic design firm selection.
• Created a 3-Year Roadmap and Operational Plan for a business school to transition from traditional IT Services to Learning and Technology Services; conducted 50 stakeholder interviews with faculty, staff, and internal clients; completed best practices and benchmarking against competing business schools in US and Canada to prioritize technology investments; recommended the creation of a new Director role; developed capital and operating budgets; defined resourcing requirements and new staff positions; ongoing implementation of project recommendations.
