• Conducted an audit of a custom technology project, at the request of the VP Research, that was over-budget and behind schedule; Identified issues with the project team composition, governance, budget oversight and lack of understanding of user needs to drive implementation; Conducted an extensive user survey with a 20% response rate, resulting in the consolidations of over 200 requests for improvements to user interface and workflow; Delivered key recommendations to the senior management team on strategies and recommendations to jump start the project through to completion.

• Developed a creative brief and web architecture for a virtual welcome center and self-directed employee orientation program for an HR department to streamline information requests, provide a better user experience and shorten learning curve for new employees.

• Developed an RFP for a wireless company for web development services including project scope, technology platform requirements and back office integration. Evaluated, selected and managed vendor with project completion accomplished in one-quarter of the time over previous efforts.
• Created an Executive Roundtable Series with CEO's from international financial institutions in Hong Kong to discuss implications of multinational communications and technology integration for Fortune 500 companies.
• Developed numerous innovative e-business strategies for both corporate and Internet-based companies including needs analysis, project scoping, vendor selection, Internet marketing and the formation of alliance partnerships.
• Collaborated in the creation of a marketing strategy for a B2C health provider to increase qualified leads, reduce customer acquisition costs and develop cross-promotional opportunities with other online partners to drive e-commerce sales.
• Created an e-business strategy for a 5 star hotel in Argentina designed by Phillipe Starck to attract European and US clientele to increase bookings and cross-promotion of luxury condominium developments.
